I picked the name 'City Pulse' as, this is the name that got the most votes when i asked my target audience as to which name they prefered. I got the name City Pulse, as 'city' is a word commonly associted with the word 'urban'. Due to them having common connotations. Urban music and clothes is a common convention of the RnB genre that has been portayed throughout the years, since Rnb music originated. Furthermore, the world 'Pulse' is another word for 'beat', like a heart beat or a beat in music, something that has rhythm which suggest that you need this music in order to survive, and it is something that connects my target audience together, as everyone has a heart beat which suggest we are all unity.

Font ideas
I chose this font as it promotes the idea that the magazine I am creating is a music magazine. Due to the pulse beats throughout the name, which also goes with the fact that the magazone is called 'City Pulse'
I chose this font as it is an urban font that you expect to see graffitied a brick wall. THis therefore promotes the idea of it being an RNB magazine, which is projected through the font. As it has connotations of an urban areas.
I chose this font, as it feel like it pomotes my magazine, better than any other font does. This is because it is boldened and large whcih makes it stand out from the rest of the page. Furthermore, the mix of the white and black colours, makes it seem like the font has sort of been stracted. Which adds to the brand identity like Kerrang! has.
