I included these features on the front cover, as after i researched front covers of the magazine. I found that on the front of the magazines, there are often artist names and interesting coverstories about the artist present on either the left or right side of the magazine. To entice the target audience of the chosen genre.

The year Brooklyn became queen.
I included this on my front cover, as while doing my research I found that the artists name is often in bold and big, so it is noticeable to the target audience. Therefore I replicated this.
Change the font for the coverstories so they aren't all in capital letters, and some words such as artist names and the fact that there is an exclusive story are made to stand out. So it can draw the attention of the target audience, that just having them blend into the other text.
Also, make the price cheaper to around £3/4 as it is too expensive for my music magazine and my target audience. As my target audince are quite young and therefore might not have a lot of disposable income. Furthermore, to decrease the size of the price as it is bigger than the coverstories, and the coverstories are more important the price, as the price isn't very important.
In addition, also to change the colour of the 'Brooklyn' because it doesn't compliment the other colours on the page. However, to still keep it a different colour to the colour scheme because it will make the the artist name to stand out.
The black background on the white text makes the title stand out, which is really effective. Also, it is very bold and big which also make its stand out.
