this enabled me to find out how my TA will describe their music taste and what kind pop of song I can look for to make a music video eg a ballard or more upbeat.
These question enabled me to be able to start my search for what song I want to use and to generate ideas about my music video such as props and costumes to fit the conventions of a pop music vdeo. And al
This enabled me to start planning if my music video was going to be narrative or performance based while including aspects of both.
This question allowed to generate ideas for my music video by getting ideas of what my target audience like to see in them. As well as what specific artists that they like and why eg if they like a themed music video or if they like a more lovey one eg boy meets girl. Or if they want the artist to be in the video or if they are portrayed by a different character.
The answers to this question will allow me to be able to see what music channels my music video will be played on. And what the other music videos on that channel; are like. Also, what channels's trademark would need to played at the beginning or end of my video
This question is a personal question for my target audience to get a better insight into what kind of people my target audience . And what they like to do in their spare time. It makes the questionnaire personal to them so I can gather data on them.
This is also a personal question to gather more information on who my target audience are. But this also enabled me to be able to gather ideas about how my artist will dress and look. As she will need to dress in genre appropriate clothing.

From the analysis "what radio station/ music channels do you listen to" I've found that my target audience often listen to radio stations such as Kiss which is the most common followed by radio 1 (extra) and capital. This therefore suggests that my music video would often be played on these channels to fit with the genre of the song.. And to make sure that my music video will be easy for my target audience to find and identify with a certain genre eg poop. As this is where pop songs are often played and published to make sure that my target audience are listening to the right genre of music video. This also means that the the brand identity of each channel will be established throughout the music video as there would be some sort of trademark in the corner with the channel name and the name of the channel would be shown before and/or after the music video.
From the results of the polljinkie, I have accumulated the data for the question "who are your favourite pop artist". This has enabled me to find out who my target audience's favourite artists are and why. This will help my planning as I will know what kind of songs that I can realistically make a music video too that my target audience will like. And the sort of things like they like to see and expect to see in a music video. As well as who they think the artist are that shape the pop industry. This will also enable ,me to meta-anayse different videos of pop artists to get the conventions of pop music videos.
From this graph we can see that the majority of our target audience prefers music videos to be narrative based than performance based. However, there was only a 11% differences between what different members of our target audience preferred. Therefore we must incorporate this into our music video and make sure that there is as fair split between narrative and performance to fit the needs of the target audience and what they expect to see throughout our music video.

From analysisng 'what are your favourite clothing brands' and 'what stores do you shop in'. From this we can see that my target audience often buy high street brands such ass Primark, New Look, Topshop etc. With a few buying the more expensive brands such as Ralph Lauren, supreme and YSL. From this we can see that my target audience are mainly not focused on the price of the product as they often don;t buy expensive things.
Also, the main shops they buy in sale casual clothing and noting too 'stand out from the crowd. Therefore this will influence my music video, as this are the main shops that my the outfit for my artist will be bought in, as long as it goes with the pop genre. By what we are seen through looking over many music videos,/ This also enables the target audience to relate to my artist through clothing as these are brands and clothing that they are use to seeing as is in their price range.

Here is a summary for the question "describe your music taste in 3 words". We can see a variety of words which suggests that everyone has different music .taste we can see words such as 'lit, fire, diverse , old school' etc. Thus suggest that our target audience listen to a range of music and not just pop.


This comic strip is used to answer the questions 'Whose music videos do you enjoy to watch and why? as well as "What do you like about music videos?". This enabled us to get a taste and insight into what our target audience expect to see in our music videos as well as what they like to see. This enabled us to begin to think of some ideas as to what we can realistically include in our music video.
